I've been able to pin down an exact list of dates for who has occupied what rooms since Spade left. Double checking everyone's accounts I've spotted several issues, which are partly due to the invoices being emailed automatically while there was no bookkeeper.

I've started hanging kitchen labor assignments on doors as a temporary measure in case that might help labor be done. If there's any conflicting information, please reference the schedule created by the labor czar.At the CHEA board meeting this week, we focused on labor (mainly kitchen labor) not being done at Sasona. Basically, CHEA is at the point of stepping in if things don't change. I don't want that, but we can't really continue as is. Please do your labor and hold yourself accountable. We can work through underlying issues and make changes to how we do things, however that will not happen until after the kitchen remodel. I'm still kinda new to Sasona but I get the sense that, unlike a regular job, your hardwork and effort are respected here, not just used and taken advantage of. Not sure that makes sense, but yeah.
