Many shout outs of appreciation this week:

- Ryland and David for agreeing to temporarily fill in for Treasurer and Meeting Chair, respectively, while those positions are open for nomination. - Justin for continuing to cover Bookkeeper in absence of nominees/electees - Kyle and Alex for agreeing to take on 2 lump solo cook shifts so we could continue to have daily meal service. - Savannah for joining the house labor schedule!

Some places we need help:

1. Steward, treasurer, meeting chair, grounds coordinator, and bookkeeper are all currently open positions in need of being filled!

- Dinner buddy duty clarification - there seem to have been lots of issues with this recently, especially with the ongoing kitchen renovation. Perhaps re-evaluating how this position is structured would be a good topic for future conversation.

Question: What do we do about Tokyo's labor? Assess fines retroactively? Just let it go? I think the question of “What to do when members leave with undone labor” needs to be addressed in a future meeting and a formal process created.

Meeting Chair:
It's been asked about attendance. We need to be attending 2 meetings per month, as a usual requirement. The last 2 chairs we've had have went to alternate plans on how to run the meetings. I have hard copies of mine, but no records of Eevee's time or Vic's time. Clean slate time. We are also missing some minutes completely and attendance, as well.
