CHEA Rep 1: Bailey: at board meeting, expressed concern about kitchen remodel and current vacancies. david said we don't need to be advertising super heavy right now. i was concerned about 5-6 people coming and the kitchen not functioning. david said this might be to our benefit. we are drafting budget but will know more next week. we are expecting a rent increase. me or eevee will let yuou know.

Grounds Coordinator: eevee: need to formalize shcedule. grounds crew has been on top of things. with karina leaving and in general, this is something i need to work on. planning what needs to be done for labor holiday with brigid and justin.

bailey: i dont know if mae made this or this existed but there is annual grounds schedule. rachel may be able to give you intel on this if you can't find doc

dj: poison ivy is an issue. i can be a grunt

Maintenance Coordinator: brigid: eevee fixed the clogged laundry bathroom sink. love it!! my training manual says to encourage residents to help with small fixes. labor holiday is may 9th and vic is not a square.

Membership Coordinator: bailey: kitchen room is open. i havent put a sign up sheet because of kitchen renovation. ill prob put up a sign sheet but i would discourage anyone from moving in there. you will have to go outside to go to the bathroom. kyle is interested in room 3 as well as bathroom. i have been teased with potential move outs but not a whole lot of certainities but karina is moving out of the end of this month. kyle moving in will keep us at the amount of members we will have. the court date is this thursday. i will be attending on zoom. if its rescheduled, ill let people know. i have had people expressing interest in updates so let me know if you want it.

eevee: he gets lump sum payment on 15th and i gave him a few extra days

Eevee motions that shane is given a payment plan to pay his total rent ($1050) on April 25th 2026

Bailey: on 10th, i was supposed to put eviction notice for non payment plan on door but i didnt do it. if we accept payment plan, the eviction notice would be void. if we do a motion, we could add a late fee.

eevee: it was something that was brought to my attention earlier and should have been on agenda sooner. if we are voting on payment plan, would that include late fee? i imagine it would be fine if that happens

david: we have reached a solution but should be reminded Eevee motions that shane is given a payment plan to pay his total April rent ($1050) on April 25th 2026 8-0-0 MOTION PASSES
