Archivist:
This week in archive land:
(1) I am trying to learn more about DocuWiki and how to make our website more user friendly. In this process I seem to have accidentally destroyed the home page. I found the old version to restore, but can't figure out how to do that now, so I emailed David and Corey for help. Hopefully will get that fixed soon!
(2) I added the archivist reports from email from the past few weeks to the meeting minutes agendas for documentation.
(3) I emailed officers with missing reports from the last few weeks minutes to request reports for accountability.
Next week's mission is fixing the wiki and getting with Brigid to link the Memco work on the Facebook page to a place on the wiki so both can work together. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to be of assistance.

Food Planner:
This past week or two, I've been trying to reduce food waste by buying less/less often foods that I notice don't get eaten or get consumed more slowly than originally anticipated. Which can be tricky, since it can vary from week to week.
I'll also try to be more thorough in making my shopping lists, particularly in my search for items that we have ran out of. There have been multiple times where I couldn't find a food item and assumed we were out of it, only to later find out that it was hiding somewhere I didn't check - most commonly, the very back of the pantry shelves or back/bottom of the freezer shelves. Which in one instance is why we have a huge surplus of tortillas. My bad
.
On that note, thank you to everyone who has informed me when we are out of something. Or have too much of something. And I know that responsibility primarily falls on me, but I don't always catch everything. So thanks for the help.
Anyway, that's it for me. Any questions, concerns, ideas - let me know.
