Why do you want to live at Sasona? in college, lived in 2 years. really cool experience and imagine what life could be. i lived with 50 people. cooking nutrious meals and i loved it. since then, ive been living in semi communal apartments. im living with 3 other girls where we share budgets. it makes daily lives easier.
4. When would you want to move in? moving to austin in the fall - august 1st. id be open to july 1st move in.

MEETING MAY 24

Memco Brigid: going through emails from prospectives/ companys/ organizations that we have missed. Compiling a list of places that would be good to post flyers. I’m glad to see we have a lot of interested people

Maintenance: Brigid: Started off the week on Monday having a repair guy come. I paid him $100 to say there’s nothing wrong with it. They said maybe because it’s old and it gets used a lot it overheats (later in the day). This seems consistent - it gets stuck in afternoons and evenings. I am going to try it next week to replace the drain pump which seems pretty easy but do have to take apart washing machine. Eevee: something Shane brought up. it could be the pipes are clogged. Brigid: ive snaked the exit drain but it seems weird. That indicates the hoses are ok. But I will keep that in mind. Going to try to recruit Shane to help me.

Grounds Eevee: mosquitos mosquitos. I have mosquito traps. If we could make sure the lids on the trash cans are closed, when it rains they collect water and collect a lot of mosquitos. The garden is growing better

Treasurer Eevee: finance meeting was talking about toykos payment plan and Allie our accountant wants full documented history and chea would like more insight. They also want to make sure that no payment plan exceeds the lease agreement which could affect Tokyos lease. We have house budget tonight. Corey should be joining us shortly.

Food shopper Alex: trying to take note of what food we eat more of to reduce food waste. Trying to be more thorough in making my shopping list. I have realized sometimes I don’t look in certain places so trying to be better at that.

Steward Bailey: been picking up some loose ends and trying to figure things out with book keeping making sure we are following open book policy. I mostly made the motion last week to help figure out the eviction notice but I think the CHEA Board will revise this

Chea Bailey: we will talk about Tokyos payment plan and get all the finance people on it and do a financial investigation.

Labor Zar Bailey: trying my best to get Ella to do it and be great. Kyle kindly wants to help out. I don’t know if printer is working so I might hand make ballots so we can pass this. It’s especially hard when printer isn’t working.

KAF: whoever is taking care of KAF. make sure to put old stuff and put newer stuff behind it. if it looks bad or old, you can toss it.
