Membership Coordinator: We still have one room that is open that has been advertised. I am going to send an email out to make sure everyone sees Mae's room. Ruth's room will be opening up sometime next year but the date is unknwon. Her contract will expire at the end of the month but we will need to make a shorter contract for her if she decides to stay until the end of Jan. I am running for CHEA Rep - I feel nervous about going to a bunch of meeting but I am excited to learn more about the board. I have been afraid of the board but I am excited for it to not be a scary and ambigious thing.

Bailey: we are interested in seeking a facilitator from la re for the membership review. jessi has also expressed an interest for an outside person. My understanding is that it is usually 2 people. Jessi: I don't think it takes 2 and we just did it the 1 time. We do have someone who is able to: Richard from la reunion. In the mediations I have been doing today, there is new information. Owen may not be here at 8pm on friday. I believe that is the intention. The original plan was for owen and grace to have holiday plans. We should have more info on tues or wens. I think we should keep it on the books and go with Bernard. I was thinking of helping Bernard be a facilitator Bailey: I think the other person takes stack which would be helpful because Richard doesn't know our names. David: I have been in convo with the party that is going to be reviewed. I have been trying to be objective so I can take a look at it not emotionally. I have also been asked to be a mediator by Owen. We seem to have a couple of things that will work things through. Some things may be squashed by the house. If there is anything to be expressed, I will be sure to inform everybody. We are talking about doing mediation individually with you (bailey and nick). This could be closing conversations.
