JUSTIN: issue is this is constant, this as attack that Justin is not doing his job. believes what is posted is sufficient, and that the topic is being dragged EV: find it necessary because people are being written up DAVID Q: believes we’ve all lost sight of the subject JUSTIN: requested the labor kitchen rules be rewritten for the remodel, temporarily at least BRIGID: finds validity that if people are being written up, adding detail would be helpful. would want grace or more specification. also thinks a discussion about people not feeling comfortable approaching each other should happen at somepoint JUSTIN: suggest going through labor since remodel, people have only been written up for dishwater not being changed and dinner not being put away BRIGID: Ella has written some notes. could be valuable, not dismissing Justin’s feelings, just doesn’t think it’s a judge of his character if it helps others JUSTIN: if people do need more detail, its a baseline expect to communicate with him, who is readily available. you should just ask a question in anyway you can, even thought people have a misunderstanding that he’s an angry person EV: knows they are not the only person growing uncomfortable with approaching Justin because of how his is and how he treats other EV: getting off topic, do we just drop this or settle it?
