Officer Check-ins
Archivist:
(1) Discussed with Kyle about the project to simplify labor descriptions and create checklists. I will have drafts next week for review. I'd be curious to get some feedback from people about how many bullet point items you think are appropriate for each 1 lump of cleaning position. My first stabs at listing have been 12 - 15 items. Is that still too much detail?
(2) Checked minutes and found KAF description approval that was conveyed to me verbally was not recorded. Added official approval to agenda for this week's meeting.
(3) Continued learning about DokuWiki (not a fan, but it's what we have)
Items for next week:
(1) Labor descriptions (see above)
(2) Improve search recognition for website to increase advertising and fill rooms (need to get with Brigid on that).
Let me know how else I can be of assistance as your archivist.

kyle: coming into this with the full picture. kaf does not have a description. it is to formalize this. apparently the description is you are the one organizing the drop off of extra food.
bailey: kaf was a coold thing that happened when cheng was food shopper. he realized we could reap benefits with trader jos. mae who lived here volunteered for it. there has never been a description because it was a labor of love for a while.
david: its my job to make sure its ready. im not sure where stuff came from. responsibility of the job become more open. sometimes with rotation with who. i get into different positon. would ask
david: ella must have taken context clues on how its written. i believe thats something placed on by ella. still open for interpretation. this is a job from 8-3:30. ive waited all day and so has eevee. it takes a lot
bailey: if this becomes a thing where there is no one is avialbel to do. if its too much strain. its something that we could not do. we had people like mae. those people.
david: i have medical concerns and sometimes i can do it. when we are talking about taking food to another place sometimes i am not able to do it. i cannot be held. i cant promise that i can take these to shelter. i am looking for
eevee: are we moving it to 2 lumps? i think it makes more sense to have it as 2 lumps. its nice to have but not necessary
kyle: i would appreicate it have different lumps. if we really miss it we
eevee: my only fear with that is to get something started again. cheng was our in. he may be able to help us coordinate.
david: it is appreicated. it does give us food. we should be thankful for us. it affects our food budget.
brigid: knowing that we did just approve where we did not increase food budget. i think we are relying on kaf. we need more
eevee: i think we should wait for next budget.
david: i think we should actually make it a concrete decision. ask for tempurature chair/
brigid: im happy to take the stuff for right
jessi: part of mission is to connect with community at large. how will that affect our relationsh
jessi: i appreicate what your trying to do. if we have 10 more lumps but then we have
