Maintenance Coordinator: brigid: leanred a lot this week. going to get maitenence request availables - hard copies, qr code. its streamlined but no one can access. its going to be fun and cool. i am going to schedule the pest control people. they are mostly outside. apparently they have placed. i put the note on the fire extinquisher. insurance inspectors are supposed to come soon. its been my job to ensure the house is hazard free and make sure fire extinguishers are up to date.
