This week I facilitated CJ's Membership Review for Non-Performance of Labor. Thanks to Rowan for taking minutes. And helped with some mediation things. I was able to remind Olivia that Pippin can get a fecal Exam at Thrive for $15. Spoke to David M about our ongoing allergy issues. Nothing much else to report.

I guess Justin is supposed to be dropping off checks tomorrow. We are going to be looking at holding our lease to CHEA and NASCO and looking at putting it to the flooring. They're aware that we're looking to hold the lease payments in order to pay our maintenance up front.

Star: Kaycie gave me lots of notice of moving out of her room and her room has been filled. I'd like to give her full deposit back, and in order to do that we'd have to change her contract end date. And she's interested in becoming an associate so can we use her deposit to cover her associate fee?

Matthias: we can't take it out of her deposit because it makes the accounting side complicated. we're ending one contract and starting a new contract, so we should start a whole new line.
