===== Follow Steward Processes
The Steward is responsible for ensuring that house policies are upheld and understood by all members. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The Steward must be a resident member of the house and cannot hold any other officer positions (besides NP Board Rep). They serve as a key point of information, oversee membership reviews and evictions, and assist in officer transitions when necessary. The Steward ensures compliance with membership policies, labor policies, and financial accountability. They also mediate disputes, encourage house cooperation, and report weekly at business meetings (or by email). Their ability to oversee and step into all officer roles provides the organization with a safety net of continuity—so that Sasona can continue to serve its members.

No-show officers if duties and responsibilities are not fulfilled.

Monitor the Officer Feedback Survey and discuss/share the results as needed.
