CHEA Rep 1: Bailey: we decided board member positions. alice and i just got elected and the la rey members just got elected right before this meeting. the board is entirely fresh. we elected natalie form la rey as our treasuer. i was elected as our chea board secretary. if you have questions about when a board meeting is, you can ask me. i am in charge of making sure minutes get done. we are still looking for someone for david m's positon.

Hi,
It's Alex, your newly-elected food shopper/planner. Not much to report this week as I'm just getting started. While I do have a pretty good handle on what we usually buy from Costco, I'm not so familiar with what we've been buying from HEB. So I plan on figuring that out this week. I'm also hoping to get login access to the Frost bank account where the food budget lies so I can make sure we stay withinthe budget. And so I can take special requests if we do have the money for it.
Please feel free to come to me with questions, comments and concerns. I will do my best to make sure we're fully stocked with all the staples and then some.

Membership Coordinator: Bailey: we're about to have a full house. i still need to advertise ruths room and will do it next week. shawn will get on the labor schedule next week. bridgette will be moving into room 1 on feb 22. they found a policy on our wiki that allows them to start moving stuff in before for $15 a day so they will be moving things in starting feb 20. there is reelection for meeting chair and mastodon overblower.
