Steward: Jessi: spoke with ella and justin about the kitchen labor crisis. Shane emailed me about the cats but haven't gotten to it. Bailey sent out an email from our neighbors and we need to fix the fence. David: isn't that also their fence

Operations Manager: David: when someone moves in, they need to fill out an income discolosure form. I'm trying to get a new floor for the kitchen. Anyone who is good at meeting contractors and cordinating stuff (you don't necessarilly have to be amazing at building stuff) - we are looking for a maitencnce coridnator especially to help with kitchen. Shane: I would want to help out but i don't think it will work out with my schedule David: yeah probably not because you would be there. David: matthias will be working on a limited basis on saturdays half a day. i may put him on that fence job.

(Alice) Food shopper not being done

Alice: for the past 3 weeks, the food shopper has not done their job. There is constantly staple food missing. I am not sure if we need to have an officer review. This has been an issue for a while but this is the longest. A lot of them are things I use for cooking.

David: ella thinks it is the HEB shopping that is not happening

(Alice) dark side is way too hot

Alice: when i first moved in 2 years ago, that room was so horribly insulated. Even with the window open and 2 fans, it still gets so hot so quickly. the ac has been on 76 for the past year but even when ac was set on 65, there was still an issue. my room gets the least amount of ac. matthias tried to help but he couldn't do anything. sometimes you cannot sleep in there.

Eevee: open to input but i know we want to change that window eventually so what if we changed the window unit

DJ: if the room is connected to a duct system, a short and cheap solution would be to have a register fan that actively pulls air into the room.

David m: when we had the ac person come through and do an initial assessment before he promised to come out, he said the thermostat is locked and needs to be reset. the register has a bad curve to it that we talked about. generally speaking, although window units seems to cause an immediate positive effect, it would not be smart to do that energy bill wise.

shane: that room is really hot i lived in there for a little

david: there is a tower fan we could put it in.

dj: window units are generally more efficient than ductless mini split as far as environmental. it goes window unit, ductless mini splits and then tower

alice: the air needs to be pushed out of the room and then something needs to circulate cooler air

dj: 200 cubic feet per minute per person should be circulated

Rowan is moving to a different co op and would like to move earlier than their contract expires or later
