 David: I have been in convo with the party that is going to be reviewed. I have been trying to be objective so I can take a look at it not emotionally. I have also been asked to be a mediator by Owen. We seem to have a couple of things that will work things through. Some things may be squashed by the house. If there is anything to be expressed, I will be sure to inform everybody. We are talking about doing mediation individually with you (bailey and nick). This could be closing conversations.

 Bailey: I had been told by people that owen wants to move out. I think it is important to talk about and in getting his deposit back. If we find that he violates his contract, he doesn't get his deposit back. I don't know if we have done after the fact membership review but i think it would be a good idea.
