Thanks for allowing me to step back a little bit since work has been super busy–i think I put enough social currency in our labor of love bank before kinda stepping back a bit this week. Please come to next week's heart meeting since Kaycie and I will be leading a revisioning Sasona meeting. Rowan: are you still doing the surveys? Operations Manager: Bookkeeper: I'll be training Justin ASAP I need to leave this upcoming week so hopefully we'll be able to meet and have that go smoothly. I'm working on resolving the CODE BROWN by calling the environmental services that cleaned out the grease trap recently. I have materials in order to attempt to clean it out myself. it'll be a shit show but it'll be alright. Fay's room–Gilberto is coming back to work on that room to do some stuff in the bathroom and hallway and also he'll be working on the dark side door. Hopefully the AC guys will come this week to check the refrigerant levels. quick note that window units need to be cleaned regularly. the roof patching will also happen this week. we still need to get a roofer out to look at the holes. NP meeting happened yesterday and today. Thanks for getting the votes in–Paul has been sworn in to represent CHEA at NASCO. I was only able to attend a little bit. some had questions and concerns about our open membership policy, and I explained we CHEA said we had an open membership policy. Maggie (staff) said they hadn't really have a problem with open membership policy but have concerns. Paul is a proponent of the open membership policy and explained how it works. Dublin, a property in Chicago, is going to be rebooted. Rowan: what's regularly–weekly/monthly/every other month for the AC in the kitchen? David M: I noticed it was dirty on the outside, so we need to clean it regularly. Rowan: let's add it to the Kitchen Manager maintenance document.

Kaycie: Next week is the Heart Meeting–I was going to propose it for the week after that but I want to see about the second week in Sept for the culture meeting.
