BOTH ACCEPTED
Archivist:
Here's what's been happening on the archivist front this week:
(1) Emailed minutes taker and meeting chair about minutes for 05.03 (missing on the wiki and drive.
(2) Retrieved and reviewed archived wiki from Mike to begin to determine what needs to be added to existing wiki from past wiki. Here's all the files if you are interested.
(3) Drafted and sent out a proposal for a job description for KAF Buddy.
(4) Started working on a simplified language document for labor job descriptions. I remember the painful process of doing all the re-writes in 2020 but I think the current job descriptions are too long and wordy to be actually useful. In the near future I'd like to motion to keep those descriptions in the archive, but post simplified, bullet point check lists that people who do the labor could actually read and use.
Next week plan is to continue on items above and also fix what show up in Google when people search for “sasona” so the sub headers aren't random things like “HTML formatting” but useful things like “about us.”
Let me know if there is anything else you'd like me to be working on.
Take care,
Ella

NP Rep:
Operations Manager:
(Brigid) have co-maitenance cordinators (2 lumps each) and no maintenance team (same lump cost to the house, more accountability for this extremely challenging +important position)
brigid: there have been iterations of this already. this was one example. i think we need to re-evaluate this positon a little bit. after the people, the physical structure is most important. we can't have crumble. this is hard job. i have recieved messages from people to not overwork myself and that its more than 2 lumps. my maitencnce team is not doing anything even though i have requested. i dont know if this is the best solution but wanted to get it started
Bailey: brigid is someone who wants to do it really well. i dont want brigid to be burned out. my suggestion to brigid was to run with kyle then they should get lumps on maitenence. they would each get 1 lump for cordinators and 1 lump for the team
David: you want to get get 3 lumps?
brigid: no
david: during weeks you have a lot, you could have extra lump
bailey: we did special projects
Eevee: potentaial alternative would be to change whose on maitence crew. kyle maybe just have one lump then have someone do a lump
Bailey: if brigid and kyle both ran, they would both understand the description. there are weird communication gaps when people dont have the same joy
brigid: theres a lot of research that goes into this and then if i cant fix it - i have to figure out who is going to fix. i am not in the place to delegate right now. kyle would be different which is why kyle.
david: i like eevee's suggestion and a simpler process.
bailey: right now we dont have a lot of people and dont have people who have expressed any interest but if your interested.
vic: more
bailey: food prices are going up and we should add another $20 for food. ruth has been buying us groceries and deciding how to do out rent distrubtuion. we should never do flat rate increases and should do percentage based
