+**Archivist: **Not much action on the archivist front this week. Schedules didn't mesh for me to work with Brigid about the publicity/promotion on via linking the Wiki to the Facebook page and I spent more time on labor czar things. \\ I updated the officer list on the internal officers page. The officer job descriptions page is a mess and that will take a whole week project to itself I think.   \\ I did take time to review the meeting minutes for May/June to check and make sure everything was complete and the wiki was updated with any changes voted on by the house. I noticed no reports from kitchen kaizer or mastodon in the last two months. Other officer reports were recorded, including those sent by email, so I'm assuming these are just missing? If kitchen kaizer and mastodon could please email their updates I will add to the appropriate meeting agenda. \\ I'm still working on the labor description checklists. \\ Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to be of assistance. Thanks for your patience with these slow processes.

 david: i wasnt there becaus eof medical conditions. it doesnt sound like it was done right. the steward wasnt available or didnt come. there are things that are non negotiable. it wasnt done properly. we cant keep hotwiring everything

+david: i suggest we take this as a reset. its not about the review. it has to do with us in the community. if people are not available, i could not do it based on physical positions. trying to partake. its supposed to be this way. cj is a reflection of the community and of us. we have another chance to look at this. im going to try to do my best.

+shane: been noticing cats were hanging with djs. can you not let it out after 8. dj said ok, he continuously did it. i addressed him again and again. i dont know why he is going after boundaries. i dont know why there is a disrespect.
+bailey: this feels like an interpersonal conflict. if your interest in talking about cats generally. i dont think its appropriate to target dj.
