+**Archivist: **Not much action on the archivist front this week. Schedules didn't mesh for me to work with Brigid about the publicity/promotion on via linking the Wiki to the Facebook page and I spent more time on labor czar things. \\ I updated the officer list on the internal officers page. The officer job descriptions page is a mess and that will take a whole week project to itself I think.   \\ I did take time to review the meeting minutes for May/June to check and make sure everything was complete and the wiki was updated with any changes voted on by the house. I noticed no reports from kitchen kaizer or mastodon in the last two months. Other officer reports were recorded, including those sent by email, so I'm assuming these are just missing? If kitchen kaizer and mastodon could please email their updates I will add to the appropriate meeting agenda. \\ I'm still working on the labor description checklists. \\ Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to be of assistance. Thanks for your patience with these slow processes.

+bailey: i sent out a long email describing why we need to redo membership review if your curious about it go read email. the language did not match with the physical postings. these are automatic and are not for adjudacation. it did not align. after talking with david m, he encouraged me to send out an email describing each specific policy. typically membership reviews are posted by stewards. i want to make sure we can make sure me vic and cj can be here.

+kyle: playing some catch up in terms of our processes. whats confusing to me is there was a couple meetings how participation of when we are available for us. it was a multi week process of getting everyones availability and cjs. im confused that the steward had to be there. it feels confusing to here that after a verdict. how much is this is because of the verdict.
+bailey: our membership review is very thorough because this is the legal documentation we will have if someone takes someone to court. i think part of the reason for this is because of miscommunication between me, ella and kyle. this was difficult for me and i apologize for that. we do need a weeks notice. i was thinking of proposing next tuesday. we need to put it on the agenda for people to vote on.

+bailey: i want to speak to fear that my brother was talking about. i think thats why membership reviews is for inquiry. its supposed to be a check in. why are you not doing these things? how can we support you. thats what a membership review is what its about. maybe the conversation should have been about communication. i dont think its good to assume bad intentions on cjs part. its supposed to have the opposite
+david: if were not there to look at it, the only way to stop that is to be present. the reason is because you werent there. were suffering a systematic. he would do his responsibilities for years. cj's looking at how everyone else is not doing
+eevee: to follow up on what kyle is saying, i have admitted to non performing on my roles. am i going to be put up to eviction. there are plenty of roles that are not accountable. is it based on timing of labor. ive seen cj who sees dishes. he doesnt want to wake up people and wait. then its past the time. i dont want to set the precedent if thats what were going to do everytime.
+kyle: something im noticing is that tonights attendence is mostly folks who were not at the review. as someone who was there, there was care and desire for cj to have been there. there were people who said this have been 5-6 reviews. no one wanted to punish i didnt sense that myself. my ask is it might be helpful in processing to read minutes that might fill in some info. im curious about david to say if you can go on thursday where we can get more info on thursday.

+shane: been noticing cats were hanging with djs. can you not let it out after 8. dj said ok, he continuously did it. i addressed him again and again. i dont know why he is going after boundaries. i dont know why there is a disrespect.
+bailey: this feels like an interpersonal conflict. if your interest in talking about cats generally. i dont think its appropriate to target dj.
