| + | cheng: there are rules on the paper if you want to read it. its a little more complicated than no shows and nudge. you write someone up. by end of month, labor zar records all the write ups and come up with labor report at begining of each month. you can make up labor but if you dont they will become fines. how much you get fined is dependent on how severe. no call no show is triple time x3. this would be $60 fines. if you call and no show, its less severe. if person did labor but not whole thing, you can nudge them. 3 nudges become 1 no show. we keep track of that on the spreadsheeet and anyone of sasona should have access. it hasnt been updated since i left. labor zars before me and me have issued monthly reports and on the table here. there used to be more awareness. the house should get back to this for accountability which is part of our community agreement. i would love to get that back on track. | ||
