CHEA Rep 1: bailey: dj dropped maitenence cordinator and we are looking for someone interested in that role for the ktichen remodel. i believe david has hired the contractors but he needs someone here to cordinate when that will happen. i have been getting income discolsure forms. we are looking into docusign for renewels. it will make more work for me but will be nice for everyone to do it.

bridgit: i texted david that im interested in maitenence cordinator. i am happy to figure out the fastest way to get that going
