+**CHEA Rep 1: **bailey: dj dropped maitenence cordinator and we are looking for someone interested in that role for the ktichen remodel. i believe david has hired the contractors but he needs someone here to cordinate when that will happen. i have been getting income discolsure forms. we are looking into docusign for renewels. it will make more work for me but will be nice for everyone to do it.
