 +Alice: when i first moved in 2 years ago, that room was so horribly insulated. Even with the window open and 2 fans, it still gets so hot so quickly. the ac has been on 76 for the past year but even when ac was set on 65, there was still an issue. my room gets the least amount of ac. matthias tried to help but he couldn't do anything. sometimes you cannot sleep in there.

 +David m: when we had the ac person come through and do an initial assessment before he promised to come out, he said the thermostat is locked and needs to be reset. the register has a bad curve to it that we talked about. generally speaking, although window units seems to cause an immediate positive effect, it would not be smart to do that energy bill wise.
