<font 14px/Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;;inherit;;inherit>Grounds had a great Labor Holiday turnout. With 9 tasks to accomplish only 1, as it stood yesterday, did not get done - picking up trash along the fence line. But that may have been done and just not notated on the sheet. I haven't gotten to the bottom of that yet. 5 items were finished and 3 more may be finished now that Carina is back. She had committed to taking care of those 3. I am proud and grateful to all those who participated.</font>  <font 14px/Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;;inherit;;inherit>Grounds had a great Labor Holiday turnout. - <font 14px/Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;;inherit;;inherit>2) I suggest continuing to water the flowers in the large pots along the front porch curb. If budget allows, and I think it will, if those flowers die, we can put in some decorative cabbages or other cold weather plants. The purple mums in the large pot out front are a fall flower and it's blooming beautiful  purple flowers right now. If they go into winter, maybe we could get a couple more of them. This one came from KAF.</font>+ <font 14px/Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;;inherit;;inherit>2) I suggest continuing to water the flowers in the large pots along the front porch curb.   <font 14px/Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;;inherit;;inherit>3) trees and other large bushes like the Texas Sage bushes out front do need water, but only 1x/week and maybe even less if we've had rain. The tree in the center of our parking area will need a slow drip for an hour or so every other week. This really does help the tree.</font>  <font 14px/Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;;inherit;;inherit>3) trees and other large bushes like the Texas Sage bushes out front do need water, but only 1x/week and maybe even less if we've had rain.  +I dont want to do it anymore - its stressful. Its not bad. I enjoyed it for a labor. It felt like longer in a good way. I felt competent and like i knew what was goin on. We have nomination for shane. I'll put the ballots out next week. I asked people if they want to do labor of love (5 lumps) or 6 lumbs. Voted make up labor/ labor of love won. We will go to 5 lumps. \\

+2 more contractors came out - we will get more quotes to repair subfloor because of water damage. This project is making progress but just slower
 +
 +Eeeve: what was the quote
 +

+– Spoke to David M and Mae about Mae's accommodations and what her upcoming changing accommodations may look like.
 +
+– Met with David M regarding some cultural topics and about changing the new wiki.
 +
+– Spoke with David M and a few members about our ongoing labor issues.
 +
+– Reminders sent about some nomination forms we needed.
 +
 +Pet Updates:
 +
+– We currently don't have all the current information for Tokyo's cats, so they are not approved move-in yet.
 +
+– Pippin still needs his fecal test done. Get with Olivia if you're willing to help facilitate that. Reminder that Thrive has fecal tests for $15.
 +
+Please note that we have several nominations going on right now. We need an Archivist, CHEA Board Rep, NP Board Rep, and Labor Czar. If you're interested in serving your house in these capacities, please nominate yourself and/or accept the nomination.
 +
+Also, I know we need an hours tracking sheet for our Labor Holiday hours. Please keep track of your hours and remember that these need to be done by the end of the month, or fines will go straight to triple time. You can sell up to half your Labor Holiday hours at $20/hr.
 +
+Personally, I will be HELLA busy between now and the end of the year. So while I'm gone working 60-hr weeks please don't hesitate to reach out–I prefer email or Slack–and I'll get with y'all ASAP. If there's an emergency it's fine to call or text me–my number should be on our contact sheet.\\

+Worked with matthias on resources. There a couple of bills that need to be paid that I cannot pay. I need David to handle that and get me on the accounts. This is for ABC residential and commericial - everything else is autopay. \\
