My understanding is the move out process has been going smoothly. I have been spending time working with Owen on the kitchen stuff and coordinating with the contractor at la reunion. Addressing the rats is $45,000 so ive been doing that stuff and some back end stuff with the grease trap. I'm staying fairly busy but if anyone has any projects or ideas they would like to work on. After maintenance, I want to focus on onboarding and education and whatever we can do to support you as a membership. **

+David M: I am speaking on behalf of mae. Forgive me if I don't embody what she would say. From what she told me, she thought she was going to be in the hospital. Mae doesn't think she will be able to do any labor right now. Her proposal is that its too much of a financial burden to pay for the lumps. She wanted to paying $100 for the month of November. Then assess from there as she weighs her options in terms of living situations

+Bailey: Mae has said she feels worried about her labor. I tried to assure her that her labor really doesn't matter. Smaller groups have talked about how we can support mae. If you notice things like the mail bring it inside. Kaycie: It might be helpful if you talk to mae, let her know again that she doesn't need to do labor. I feel like that weights heavy on her. She's not burdening us.
