  - Why do you want to live at SASONA? Interested in cooperative housing. I love people and the idea of shared responsibilities. I have been on a journey to find community and its looked like different things. I am separating from my partner and I have two young children. I am open to possibilities right now and wanted to come check it out

  - When would you want to move in?

Owen: everybody knows that Fay signed the CHEA thing they proposed and is out Oct 30th. There will be an opening for the NP Rep. I am going to coordinate with them to get a dual election going. Fay has agreed to step down. I think we can put the nomination for it. Whoever wants to be the second CHEA Rep, we can get this in motion.

Owen: I will have all the maintenance tasks I am tracking on the sheet by tomorrow. If anybody has any maintenance things, Mae brought up recaulking the shower by the Brightside. If there is stuff not on my radar, let me know. Second order for maintenance, I have quotes out to 10 vendors. I have 1 coming by. They will give us a bid and I am keeping David updated and we will see progress on that. I think all maintenance tasks are handled or on way to be handled

There is a sign up sheet for Fays room. It has a shared jack and Jill bathroom which is nice. Fay should be moving out at about 4:30pm on Thursday if Owen or jessi are here to make sure it looks good

- News from la Reunion, Paul has passed away. They had an improptu thing but if I found out more I will let you all know. This opens up a new opportunity for anyone who wants to fill the NP board Rep position. We can send it to la reunion. Cory would be happy to pass things along but he is busy doing Paul's labor. 
-Do we want a small dumpster? 4
Jessi: we could have habitat come get it
Owen: for the hole, we have a bagster and we can use that. If we have stuff to move furniture,the government will get it
Ruth: they wont do it for us
Owen: we could put freebie alerts out and the rest of the stuff we can figure out how to get it to the dump
Jessi: if you guys have any suggestions for labor holiday, let us know. Saturday is the big day. We will get it printed for Wednesday. I will also be sending out a survey for food ideas. A reminder that non members cannot do labor because it affects our accountability. What do we do when I am not here and we need a steward?
Ruth: I know what we have done. Other house officers get together and figure out what to do. 
Jessi: I would suggest our mediation team. 5 members in a room counts.
