They will give us a bid and I am keeping David updated and we will see progress on that. I think all maintenance tasks are handled or on way to be handled

This opens up a new opportunity for anyone who wants to fill the NP board Rep position. We can send it to la reunion. Cory would be happy to pass things along but he is busy doing Paul's labor.
