+Just making sure everyone's on top of their rent. We have a new bookkeeper that we're going to be working with to make sure everything gets caught up, especially vacancies. Vacancies are really important to keep track of because we can't get anything back from NP if we don't keep accurate records of that. MemCo and Bookkeeper need to make sure to keep track of vacancies so we can get that money from NP. This happens when rooms are empty and when people are switching rooms. When we have vacancies, I'm able to subtract that from our rent, but we need to ensure we keep accurate records so we and NP are on the same page. \\
