+There are pecan and cedar elm saplings growing in front of the house, which is problematic according to McAllen and ppl at Barton Springs Nursery, because they drop a lot of limbs and their roots can damage foundation when they get older.

+I wanted to mention some things we’ve tried to help stop people from taking house dishes
+Everybody can have their own set of dishes. We could have a drying rack above the mop rack where ppl can store these dishes. I bought ceramic dish clay and glaze for this purpose. Another thing is that ppl have identified their favorite dishes in the past which has helped prevent them from going missing
