**Kitchen Kaiser (Ruth & Fay)** \\ We met about a week ago to create an action plan. That's where we are. Fay was doing some research and determined that the kitchen job description on the old wiki is out of date. The kitchen Kaiser Google account can be obtained from Star and Rowan. I've been nudging, and also communicating w/ppl in person about their labor. Holding ppl accountable for their kitchen labor is part of my job

**Treasurer** (Matthias) **: New Amazon account makes shipping a lot faster. I'm happy that our budget landed where it did at this point. 

I'm sending out a reminder to all officers to please email their weekly reports out to the house if you're not giving them in the meeting!

I've been hearing about how our noncompliance with our pet policies are negatively affecting the house. I'll outline some basic reminders below:

-- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up pet messes including outside. PLEASE pick up after your dogs when they go poop outside!

-- Despite continued reminders about indoor messes, there continues to be nearly daily messes found in the bright side. People have told me that they don't even want to go over there to do their laundry because it's nearly a guarantee they'll find a mess that hasn't been cleared up yet. Whether it's pee/poop or a cat has spilled dirt on the floor, there's an ongoing issue we need to take care of.

-- We have fleas!! I think I found some in the toilet paper the other day! {{https://fonts.gstatic.com/s/e/notoemoji/16.0/1f92e/32.png?nolink&|🤮}}Our pet policy states that all cats and dogs should be on preventative flea and tick meds. I know that people are working on this so I appreciate the help that's going around. Please take advantage of the cleaning products--in addition to preventative care.

These policies were put in place by former Sasonians who agreed that this was the best way to handle common pet issues. If we want to change our policies and/or our enforcement of them, I encourage anyone to discuss it and put it on the agenda.
